The second sale also went well . He found a handy man who did some work on the villa . I also was going to do painting and put down new carpets but the buyer didn't want to do that. When i tried to cancel the carpeting which i had already put a deposit on I had difficulty getting my money back. Jason had Ronson Williams...a broker who works with him help me get it back. It took a while but after many phone calls I got the money back. Ronson was very patient and persistent until the problem was resolved.

In a summary, Mr. McNeill was more than accommodating when we made an offer that was accepted and closed in 30 days. He followed up with information that we had asked for promptly. He guided us thru the contract signing. Moreover, he helped with getting an inspection thru a list of providers that was well researched. Even after the closing he helped us with turning on the utilities with the service companies including electric and cable.
