The property listing contained beautiful pictures of the condominium and highlighted its features. Mr. McNeill, who is an expert in property value in the Fort Myers area, priced the condo appropriately and the property sold in ten days at the price I wanted!
My biggest worry was correcting any inspection issues as I reside in New Jersey. I didn't need to worry as Mr. McNeill met the air conditioning maintenance service and actually repaired a few minor problems.
