The second sale also went well . He found a handy man who did some work on the villa . I also was going to do painting and put down new carpets but the buyer didn't want to do that. Now was it Heidi or was it the location of the lot? I don't know, but I DO KNOW that Heidi was absolutely wonderful to work with.
