My biggest worry was correcting any inspection issues as I reside in New Jersey. I didn't need to worry as Mr. McNeill met the air conditioning maintenance service and actually repaired a few minor problems. The condo needed to be painted prior to the listing and Mr. McNeill recommended a painter and provided him with access to the property. The entire sale process went smoothly.
I communicated with the Title Company Mr. McNeill recommended as the title company was performing the actual closing by mail. This too went flawlessly.
I thank Mr. McNeill for providing excellent service and I highly recommend him to future buyers and/or sellers.

This is my second sale wit h Jason Jakus Both times he was extremely professional and very helpful. My first sale mold was discovered in the condo. He help!ed me get the company who had remediated it to come back again at no charge and clean it up again. He also kept the sale together when i also had radon in the unit.

The second sale also went well . He found a handy man who did some work on the villa . I also was going to do painting and put down new carpets but the buyer didn't want to do that. When i tried to cancel the carpeting which i had already put a deposit on I had difficulty getting my money back. Jason had Ronson Williams...a broker who works with him help me get it back. It took a while but after many phone calls I got the money back. Ronson was very patient and persistent until the problem was resolved.

Through out the entire process of purchasing this beautiful home, Heidi was very upfront and transparent in guiding us thru the massive amount of paperwork that is required nowadays.
Because of COVID-19 and being from out of town, all the signings had to be done electronically and Heidi was excellent in explaining everything that we signed. She even did the walk-thru in our home and sent us small videos of each room in the house.
Heidi is an excellent Real Estate agent and genuinely takes care of her customers!
